If you cannot locate the member using the steps listed below, that individual was not imported because they do not have an email in DataTrak, or their email address in DataTrak is a duplicate. Use the following instructions to check and update the email address on the member's account. If the email is updated in DataTrak first, it will not update in the app. This email adjustment will automatically update in DataTrak if it is updated in the web portal first. You can check a member's address in the web portal and update it if necessary.
